This week I attended the Therapy Dogs Nationwide parliamentary reception. Therapy Dogs Nationwide is a registered charity run by volunteers who visit hospitals, hospices, residential homes and care centres to help support medical professionals with people suffering from depression, the effects of Stroke and helping to build resilience and confidence.
