I will be voting against the Prime Minister’s draft withdrawal agreement when it is put to the House of Commons in December. I take no satisfaction in the prospect of joining the likes of Jacob Rees Mogg and Boris Johnson in the no voting lobby – but the deal proposed fails to guarantee key protections and rights as we leave the EU and it is almost certain that the deal will be defeated in the House of Commons.
