Last Monday during the Public Accounts Committee meeting, I questioned representatives of the Armed Forces about the £495 million Capita recruitment contract that has failed to fulfill its targets.

I think it’s important that recruitment is bought back in-house, rather than being in the hands of private companies who have thus far failed to meet their obligations.
