This year on International Women’s Day, I’m calling for Balance for Better; for gender-balanced boardrooms, a gender-balanced of employees, and a gender-balanced government.

Collective action and shared responsibility is needed to drive forward a gender-balanced world. International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women – while also marking a call to action for accelerating gender balance.
